From engineering in Iran to forty years of Toronto craft.
I trained as an engineer in Iran. Engineering taught me patience and precision; building taught me everything else. Over forty years, houses became my life’s work.
For the last twenty, I bought Toronto homes, renovated them from the studs out, and sold them. Every project on this page was my own investment — my money, my risk, my standards. That is a different kind of reference than a testimonial: it means the quality was never for show.
Today I bring that same care to homes I don’t own — yours. I treat it the way I treated mine: with time, with honesty, and with no shortcuts.
